My Services

I offer a unique service in that I can provide counselling, life coaching, or social work services depending on the specific needs of the individual or family. What this means is that your needs lead the process, and if your needs change, so can the type of support I offer. I aim to provide you with a safe space in which you can be authentically you; to explore the possibilities within and around you, to discover things about yourself that you may not have known, and to embark on strategies of achieving your goals and ultimately to live a life with more purpose and meaning. I offer face-to-face services in Cape Town, South Africa, as well as online services worldwide.

Counselling

Counselling is a professional activity whereby assistance and guidance in resolving personal or psychological problems is offered. The counsellor facilitates a process of discovery and growth whereby you find your own inner strengths and resources to overcome the challenges for which you seek counselling. I provide therapeutic counselling to adults and adolescents dealing with challenges such as grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and general life stresses, including life transitions.

Life Coaching

Coaching focuses on the client’s growth and goal attainment in an area in which the client chooses, whether personal or work related. Areas in which I enjoy coaching include stress management, health and wellness, personal growth, self-confidence and self-esteem, purpose and passion, life/work balance, relationships, and general life stagnancy.

Social Work Services

Social work aims to enhance human well-being. I offer social work-related services in the following areas:
